Fergie first wore this flirty tiered adorned with feathers Valentino dress to the "Avon Foundation Celebration" event. Fergie showed her softer side and she looked amazing in this dress. She paired her dress with black tights and heels.
Jessica Seinfeld recently wore hers to the "Vanity Fair Oscar Party". I am sorry but Jessica wasn't doing it for me in this dress because she just look so bland. Her encrusted black belt was a little different and she opted for nude legs and black heels.
I usually prefer bare legs with such a delicate dress but Fergie worked it out so she wins!
