Ciara looks haute couture in Givenchy from head to toe! She finally lost the latex leggings for this exquisite ensemble. I love the texture of her harem pants and her black velour pouf sleeves jacket and printed tied blouse.
Okay, enough is enough! Who keeps inviting these two attention grabbers to these events? It seems like all they want to do is pose for the cameras.
I am not sure what is going on with Amber's ensemble. She looks like Boy George circa 1989.
