Rihanna certainly cross the line between sexy and sleazy for her performance on "The Today Show" with her electric blue and black Norma Kamali striped cropped top paired with Louis Vuitton black briefs, a gold chain belt and to top it off fishnet stockings.
I know she is performing and it's not the red carpet but why can't she put on some damn clothes! She looked so chic at the 2011 Billboard Awards and I thought she was maturing but I guess I was wrong.
Her raggedy red hair is also a hot mess.
