Penelope Cruz looks breathtaking in her lavender embellished tulle Marchesa dress. I really don't know why she doesn't wear more color when she looks this amazing?The mermaid tulle train is beyond remarkable. This is fantasy at its best!
My only complaint is I wish she wore a more elegant up-do.
