Fergie Or Tiffany Hines
Fergie first wore this funky Falguni and Shane Peacock navy feathered embellished dress to the 2011 Amas show. I really didn't care for this dress on her at all because she kind of looks like a go-go football player and her purse is her helmet! She completed her look with awful messy hair and black peep-toe heels.
Actress Tiffany Hines wore hers to the 2011 People's Awards. I am extremely surprise that she would rock the same dress just 2 months after Fergie. For some odd reason, I simply looove this dress on Tiffany. It just looks like effortless funk on her. I adore her sleek hair. She completed her look with black pointy heels.
Tiffany won this hands down!
