If model R'el Dade is not Solange's long lost twin sister, I don't know who is? The Dallas, Texas new comer is all the buzz. She was discovered by Marilyn modeling agency because she has all three deadly weapon; height, beauty and has a body that even Naomi may have to do a second look when she walks by.

I first notice R'el Dade on the runway at the Valentino Fall 2009 couture show. I love Valentino but he is not known to use a great deal of African- American models in his shows so imagine my great surprise when R'el Dade came stomping down the runway. She looked elegant and amazing.

Right out of the bat, R'el Dade is giving me fever on major runway shows. With all the obstacles African-American models face in the fashion industry, she is breaking through barriers while looking fabulous! Since Jourdan Dunn is out of the picture for now, R'el Dade is definitely the one to watch in 2010.

You know what they say, "Everyone has a twin." She looks like Jourdan Dunn as well.

Happy to see another beautiful sista gracing the runway!!!

Valentino may not have used them after the mid-nineties, but he did use models of color in many of his previous shows as did all of the rest of the European designers.
