I think I am the only one who loved Charlize Theron "cinnamon bun" Christian Dior dress for the Oscars so I hope I am not alone when I say she looks fabulous in this ombre metallic Givenchy dress. My only compliant is her black booties paired with this dress. Why oh Why?

Olivia Wilde also opted for a sexy metallic Moschino number. I adore the draped back.

Selena Gomez recently wore hers to the "23rd Annual Kid's Choice Awards". She looks like pure sunshine in this delicate dress. Her dress was a little more fitted therefore you could see the beautiful gold beaded belt. The actress/singer paired her dress with sensational gold Sergio Rossi gladiator heels.

Selena Gomez wins this one because she is just too adorable for words!

Nickelodeon's 23rd Annual Kids' Choice Awards

Rihanna looks absolutely gorgeous in this nude zig-zag striped Christian Dior bold shoulders dress paired with sweet shimmering socks and nude Brian Atwood heels. Unless you have been under a rock, the new trend of spring is the delicate socks with sandals or heels. Since Rihanna rocked this look, I am sure ever fashionista is going to follow suit.

I am also loving her new swept bob hairstyle. This girl is always reinventing herself and it seems to be working.

She performed three songs- "Hard", "Rude Boy" and "Don't Stop the Music".

Tyra Banks looks splendid in her red sheath Daryl K dress paired with yellow pointy heels. I just wish she didn't match her clutch with her shoes, it's so 2004.

I am on a color high with Keke Palmer amazing multi colored encrusted Adam dress. She is just pure sunshine!

The "Queen Of Chic" Victoria Beckham gave me fever once again this week in her own designs looking fabulous while in Russia promoting her collection. She exudes confidence in her black one-shouldered dress and her effortless chic black wrapped dress paired with a stunning woven belt.

Yes, I know she wears black all the time and she repeatedly wears the same silhouette but who cares when you look marvelous?

Worst Dressed Diva Of The Week: Lisa Wu Hartwell

Lisa Wu Hartwell from "Real Housewives of Atlanta" looked like a damn fool in this denim exaggerated pouf sleeves jacket.

This is just a classic case of someone who has not an ounce of natural fashion talent nor has any former education or training in fashion designs but still believe they need to start a fashion line. Sad, sad and beyond sad.

Kandi Burruss always get it right. She looks fabulous in her fuchsia belted sheath dress paired with electric blue peep-toe heels. She gives just the right amount of spunk without going overboard.

Talking about going overboard! Whoa, take it easy Lisa Wu Hartwell. I am all of pouf sleeves but this is beyond ridiculous! Her denim jacket is over-worked and it looks like a costume. I pray she is not still designing apparel.

Terri Vaughn and her husband Karon Riley were in attendance. Terri is boring me to no end in her black blah miscellaneous ensemble. Even her reptile shoes couldn't save the day!

I guess I am still riding the boring bus because actress Denise Boutte is also putting me to sleep in the blah secretary sheath dress and it's a shame because she is so beautiful. Everyone don't have to be funky but at least make an effort to be interesting!

Victoria Beckham was in Moscow this week presenting her stunning dresses at the exclusive Russian boutique called Tsum.

Say what you want to say but this woman will bring her fabulousness in any country! She looked amazing from head to toe every single time of course in her own designs.

She wore a sensational one-shouldered dress paired with Christian Louboutins Calypso heels to the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow... pure perfection!

I am also in love with her black wrapped belted chic dress paired with nude Brian Atwood heels. For a more casual look, she wore a fantastic black textured cropped jacket paired with ivory skinny pants and Christian Louboutin ankle boots.
