Rita Ora looked like she was playing dress up in her mother's closet at the '2012 MTV EMA's' in Frankfurt, Germany.

The British singer wore an over-the-top red embroidered taffeta Marchesa creation.

I am surprise the designers didn't loan this gown to some one more worthy, and who can carry this off better.

I also hated her hair, because of her horrendous black roots.
