I know it looks like something a drag queen would wear on 'Rupaul Drag Race', but she pulls this drama off well.
I kind of wished she saved this extravagant piece for the actually NACCP Awards which is the African-American Oscars.
She teamed her look with sleek back hair, and a wonderful smile.
