2012 MET Gala: Mia Wasikowska
Mia Wasikowska may have been a little conservative, but I fell in love with her sophisticated ensemble.
The actress looked beautiful in her raspberry cady silk short sleeve Prada gown adorned with a embellished collar and waistband.
It's almost like the 'Amish' going glamorous in a funny kind of way.
She finished off her look with her hair behind her ears, and berry lips.

2012 MET Ball: Kate Bosworth, Emma Stone, and Chloe Sevigny
Kate Bosworth decided to forgo the ball gowns, and rock this sexy burgundy and navy feathered Prada halter dress.
The back had a dangerous low back, which seems to be the theme of the night.
She topped off her flirty look with a sleek bun, burgundy lips, and Miu Miu glitter ankle-strap heels.
Emma Stone looks beyond adorable in her red embellished Lanvin flair dress, but it's a bit too cutesy for this event.
I am use to seeing the actress rocking fashion-forward garments on the red carpet.
Even her hair just screams beauty pageant.
Chloe Sevigny usually annoys me for trying too hard on the red carpet, but this time I was intrigued with her fabulous black mirrored geometric Miu Miu dress.
She teamed her look with a fantastic fuchsia Miu Miu clutch, and gray and black Miu Miu booties.

2012 MET Ball: Renee Zellweger
Renee Zellweger looked great wearing a black and silk sheer panel Emilio Pucci gown.
The actress love affair with Carolina Herrera finally seems to be over.
The silhouette featured an alluring open-back, and dramatic organza train.
I wished her hair was more polished.
She finished off her look with gorgeous David Webb earrings.

2012 MET Ball: Florence Welch
I know this fantasy creation may be a little too much for mere mortals, but Florence Welch is the perfect person to pulled off this frock.
Her embroidered organza tiered Alexander McQueen gown is a master piece. The tassel applique is intricate, and exquisite.
It may resemble a Christmas tree, but it's couture at its finest.
She completed her look with an up-do with bangs, Alexander McQueen knuckle duster clutch, and Armadillo heels.

2012 MET Ball: Dianna Agron
Dianna Agron looked divine in her emerald silk chiffon belted Carolina Herrera dress.
My only complaint is the dress is a little too mature for the young actress. She has plenty of time to dress mature, but while she is still young, she should rock something a little more youthful.
She topped off her look with fabulous wavy up-do, Fred Leighton jewelry, and sparkly Christian Louboutin clutch.

Just like me, Janelle Monae is not a ball gown kind of girl.
The singer looked spectacular in her chic black satin Chanel jumpsuit adorned with an embellished waist.
She completed her sleek look with her trademark hair, sensational rhinestone earrings, and red lips.
