Ciara may have been the best dressed of the night, but Holland Roden was definitely my runner-up for best dressed at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards held at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

She was pure perfection from her side swept hair, nude satin Rupert Sanderson peep-toe heels, and luscious red matt lips.
