Now that is a dress for a heffah like that! IT works for her with all her resident evil sort of work and action movie type thing she always has going on. Im not gon lie either, if it had some shoulders and long sleeves to go along with those hoops on the hip, but those over the shoulder, it would be a dangerous dress! Esp if it were long sleeved with a single low cut all the way down to her belly button and then a high diva ponytail that goes to the middle of her back! YES!
