Whenever we get 3.1 Phillip Lim garments in my store, I always get excited because I know it's going to be interesting pieces which never hit the floor if they are my size. I am sure like me, most of you guys are wondering what 3.1 stands for. When he launched his line in 2004, he was 31 therefore the numbers are a play on his age at the time. How clever!
