Kelly Rowland first wore this adorable multi printed Rachel Roy dress to the NRJ Music Awards in Cannes. The singer looked too cute in this whimsical dress. She paired her dress with gorgeous chartreuse bow satin sandals.
Keke Palmer wore her version to the Rachel Roy spring 2010 fashion show. The actress personality is just as vivid as the dress. She also look sweet in this dress but I was totally disappointed with her boring black heels.
Shoes are everything so Kelly Rowland wins this one!
