Beyonce looked beyond fabulous in this sapphire blue belted Rafael Cennamo dress. I simply adore the ruching on the pockets and I am looooooving her red patent peep-toes.
I have to give to Beyonce because her wardrobe is revolving into more mature and chic silhouettes.
She looks amazing but her two-tone hair is terrible.
