Michelle Williams Or Vivica Fox
Michelle Williams first wore this amazing white sequined silk chiffon 3.1 Phillip Lim dress to the 2009 Fresh Air Salute to American Heroes event. I fell in love with this dress immediately because it's beyond adorable. She paired her dress with gold strappy sandals.
Vivica Fox wore the black version to to the 2009 Bel Air Festival opening night. Fox looked incredible and she paired her dress with funky studded Louboutins.
Even though, I wasn't crazy about Vivica's hair, She still looks great so she wins!
