Miley Cyrus or Danielle Frost
Miley Cyrus first wore this fabulous multi colored floral Roberto Cavalli dress to the 42nd Annual CMA Awards. Even though I thought she could had done better, she still looks great in the dress.
Sport Agent Danielle Foster wore hers to the 24th Annual Cedar-Sinai Sports event. She also looks great in this dress.
For some odd reason, I prefer Miley Cyrus smaller frame in this dress so she wins!
