I know before Keyshia Cole, Katy Perry and Paula Abdul, most of you guys were wondering who the hell is Basil Soda?
Basil Soda is a Lebanese designer along with Reem Acra and Zuhair Murad who seems to be taking over the red carpet. He has been designing for over 28 years in haute couture and it's at the forefront of Middle Eastern chic.
His pieces are not for the wallflower. He uses gorgeous silk and chiffon and embellishments are a must for his silhouettes. I know at times it seems a little too much and gaudy but sometimes a woman wants a wow factor and his dresses are the answer!
