Raven Symone wore hers at a recording session and she has entirely too much going on. From the ridiculous Steve Harvey's hat to unnecessary necklace and boots.
Since Raven Symone made this ensemble looks like a costume, Serena Williams wins hands down.

Seriously, what is the deal with Raven Symone? On the positive side, she looks like she slimmed down a bit, but must she always look ridiculous?? I don't get it. She's so young.
