Kerry Washington won for the second week in the row because she looks absolutely chic in this pastel blue and white ruffled Louis Vuitton ensemble. I looooooove it to death! This is something I would rock everyday of the week. It's simple but yet funky which is the perfect combination.
Kerry Washington looks great but my choice is Kate Beckinsale in that amazing white dress.
